A Belgian offshore developer that built out a substantial share of the Belgian North Sea concession zone before being acquired by the Japanese group JERA, and since 2025 it has sat within JERA Nex bp, JERA's 50:50 offshore wind venture with bp. Its home market is small and now largely built, so its growth depends on exporting that experience, and it works on projects in Europe and beyond under its new owners.
