Parkwind · Ingka Investments — Ventyr Energy consortium awarded Norway's first commercial-scale offshore wind licence (Sørlige Nordsjø II Phase 1, 1,500 MW) through the Norwegian government's subsidy auction, announced 20 March 2024. The winning bid was NOK 1.15/kWh strike price (approximately EUR 0.099/kWh). State CfD contract signed April 2024. Subsidies capped at NOK 23 billion (approximately EUR 2 billion); maximum capacity 1,500 MW, minimum 1,400 MW. Ventyr is jointly owned by Parkwind (JERA Nex subsidiary, 51%) and Ingka Investments (IKEA's investment arm, 49%). NorSea Group is a strategic partner for port and logistics services (not an equity owner). Ingka Investments joined the Ventyr consortium in November 2023, taking the 49% stake ahead of the bid submission. Parkwind had originally formed Ventyr and prequalified for the tender; Ingka entry recorded as the consortium formation date. No financial consideration for the tender award itself. Records the JV/consortium formation and contract award. First turbines targeted operational 2030; FEED underway (Ramboll monopile design). FID expected 2027-2028.
