Parkwind

A Belgian company, registered in Leuven, that develops, finances, builds and operates offshore wind farms: its 2025 accounts describe it as active in Belgium with 555 MW of producing capacity and in Germany with 257 MW. Its Belgian farms are Belwind, its second phase Nobelwind, and Northwester 2, and its German farm is Arcadis Ost 1 in the Baltic Sea; it sold its Northwind holding in 2024. The Japanese energy group JERA completed its acquisition of Parkwind in July 2023, and since August 2025 it has sat within JERA Nex bp, JERA's 50:50 offshore wind joint venture with bp. In July 2026 JERA Nex bp bought Sumitomo Corporation's stakes, taking Northwester 2 to 100% and Nobelwind to 80.1%. Further afield it is developing a 1,500 MW project in Norway through Ventyr, a 51% joint venture, and holds more than 3,000 MW of pipeline in Ireland and Australia.

Capacity is net of ownership stake: a 50% JV counts half. Gross exposure (full nameplate of every project held): 2.81 GW.
