No offshore wind farm completed after 2023 has been sold.
Eighteen farms of 100 MW and up, outside China, have reached completion since 2024. Sixteen sold a stake before they were finished. None has changed hands since. The farm-down has moved before completion, the after-market for new farms has gone quiet, and the older vintage still trades.
