Vattenfall acquired 100% of Thanet Offshore Wind Ltd from hedge fund Christofferson Robb & Co for USD 55m. CRC had acquired from Warwick Energy in September 2007. Converted at USD/EUR ~0.79 (Nov 2008) = EUR ~43m. Farm was pre-construction at time of sale; Round 2 Crown Estate lease. Low implied EUR/MW reflects early consented stage with no subsidy secured.
