UK Green Investment Bank (now Green Investment Group, owned by Macquarie) purchased a 20% stake in Scira Offshore Energy Limited from Statoil (now Equinor) and Statkraft for GBP 240m. Each party sold 10%. Converted at GBP/EUR 1.24 (2014 announcement) = EUR 277m for 20% total. Statoil and Statkraft each retained 40% after the deal.
