Eni acquired 20% of Dogger Bank A and B in a single transaction (10% from each of SSE and Equinor). Combined consideration GBP 405m for both phases; per-phase value ~GBP 202.5m. Financial close reached 25 Nov 2020. Converted at GBP/EUR ~1.12 (2020). Eni's stake later transferred to Vårgrønn (Plenitude/HitecVision JV) in Oct 2022.
