DONG Energy (now Ørsted) acquired Centrica's 50% stake in Barrow Offshore Wind Farm for GBP 50m. Converted at GBP/EUR 1.24 (Dec 2014) = EUR 62m. Ørsted became 100% owner. Simultaneously, the existing PPA between Centrica and Barrow was terminated.
