RWE Innogy agreed to sell a 10% stake in Gwynt y Mor to the UK Green Investment Bank (GIB) for GBP 220m. Deal announced March 2014; closed October 2015 when construction completed. GBP/EUR ~1.24 (2014). After the deal: RWE 50%, Stadtwerke München 30%, Siemens 10%, GIB 10%. The GIB stake subsequently passed to Macquarie when Macquarie acquired GIB in 2017.
