Inc., and Akita Bank Ltd. — as the winner of the Round 2 offshore wind auction for the Happo Town and Noshiro City sea area, Akita Prefecture. Planned capacity: 375 MW (25 × 15 MW fixed-bottom turbines). Committed COD: June 2029. Bid price: JPY 3/kWh. The Round 2 award for this area was delayed (announced separately in March 2024 vs. the three other Round 2 winners in December 2023) because three total consortia bid for this area and the assessment took additional time.
